Atlantic Narratives Symposium
University of Miami and Florida International University present a two day symposium that examines narratives in and about the Atlantic world. Events take place Thursday, February 4th at FIU and Friday, February 5th at UM.

Inaugural Events: Nov. 4th - 6th
Marjorie Garber, Harvard University professor and renowned expert on Shakespeare will deliver the Inaugural Lecture, "Shakespeare, the Humanities and Modern Culture," for UM's College of Arts & Sciences Center for the Humanities. Dr. Garber will also present two other public lectures as well as seminars for faculty and graduate students of area colleges and universities.
Insight Tracks Debut
Insight Tracks, an online video series in which UM humanities professors provide commentary on upcoming arts events, debuts in collaborations with The Jewish Museum of Florida, Miami Light Project, and The PlayGround Theatre.
